Each seller on sets their own returns policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the seller.

Refunds will not be given on customised or personalised goods made to the specification of and on the request of the customer.


  • If you wish to return a product to a seller, please get in touch with the seller directly either by clicking on the "Contact Seller" button on the sellers store page or by emailing to obtain the necessary information for returning the product.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging, unworn or undamaged.

  • Each seller will have their full returns policy visible on each product on their store. Please see below image.


In the event that you cancel your order and return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the seller is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you.
