Each Vendor on sets their own returns policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Vendor.

Refunds will not be given on customised or personalised goods made to the specification of and on the request of the customer.


  • If you wish to return a product to a Vendor, please get in touch with the Vendor directly through the Get Support function Customer Shopinireland to obtain the necesssary information for returning the product.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging, unworn or undamaged.

  • Each vendor will have their full returns policy visible on each product on their store. Please see below image.


In the event that you cancel your order and return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the vendor is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you.
