3. Contact the Vendor directly

*Please look at steps 1 and 2 above to create customer account and find your Vendor

How to Contact

On each Vendor Store page, you will see the Get Support Function. Please ensure you are logged into your customer account and then select 'Get Support'.


This will allow you to send a message directly to the Vendor and all replies will be found in your Customer Dashboard under the 'Seller Support Requests' tab.
