Complaints Procedure

If you have a problem with the service provided to you by a vendor or any product which you purchase, we recommend that you submit the complaint to your vendor directly via the vendor page. Please create a customer account and contact the Vendor through the Get Support Function

If the Vendor does not respond to your complaint, please contact us at and we will endeavour to assist you.

For the avoidance of doubt however the matter of cancelation of the contract or any refund or dispute in respect of the product must be dealt with directly with the vendor with whom you have entered into the contract for the sale of the goods.

If your complaint is not related to a purchase on the site, please email and we will handle your complaint and provide a resolution within 28 days of receipt of this complaint.
